Mariia Dolinsky

Founder

Founder Mariia Dolinsky has owned, opened, and consulted on multiple bars and restaurants in New York, culminating in the management of a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. Combined with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and a Master’s degree in Sociology, her background informs a human-centered yet practical approach to design.
